What is The Epoxy School?
The Epoxy School is a hands-on training and mentorship program designed to help people learn how to install epoxy flooring properly and build a real business around it. We run live in-person training days where you get practical experience on the tools, products and techniques, plus access to our online mentorship program for ongoing support, guidance and industry knowledge.
We also help to generate pre-qualified leads for our installers and provide a free CRM system to help manage enquiries, follow-ups and quotes. We’re actively in the epoxy industry ourselves, so everything we teach is based on real-world experience, not theory.

Question 1: Do I need any experience to attend?
No experience is required. This training is designed for complete beginners through to those who have done some epoxy work and want to level up. We start with the fundamentals and build up to real, hands-on installation so you leave confident.
Question 2: Is this real hands-on training or just theory?
This is 100% hands-on. You will be physically mixing, pouring, spreading, cutting, and finishing epoxy floors under guidance. This is not a classroom-only course – you’ll be on the tools.
